Language support for Win XP Pro

I have  an xps desktop running win xp pro and need to install the foreign language support.  I am being asked for the Win XP disc but it was not included with the system.  The Dell recovery, driver and other discs included with the purchase don't satisfy the requirement.  How can I install the language support?

Thanks.

Then why isn't the install process accepting that when I guide it to D:\i386?  I even see that there is a LANG subfolder there in.  I point the dialog box at D:\i386 Windows says it can't locate FTLX041E.DL_.

augratin,

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

You can click the link below and fill out the online replacement disk form to get your copy of WinXP.

Not clear what you're trying to do...

Do you want XP to run in a foreign language, or do you want XP to run in English and support a foreign language and keyboard?

If you want support for another language read this from Microsoft:  How To Add and Enable Additional Languages in Windows

If you want the XP interface to be in a foreign language, you need to install the Windows XP Language Interface Pack (LIP). A number of them are available here. But you better be able to read that other language because the linked pages are in the language you select. :emotion-5:
