Latitude E4300, XP SP2, ON Reader - Error 15

Hi,

I've installed the latest version of the ON Reader software (1.1.1230  - DELL_LATITUDE-ON-READER_A06_R206609.EXE), and when starting from cold using the ON Reader key, get the splash screen for a second or two, the white on black text about the Intel disk controler, then straight away Error 15, no further progress.

Have removed and reinstalled several times to no avail.  Checked with Dell and they confirmed that I do not have the ON hardware, but the system should certainly support the ON Reader software.

Very frustrating as this feautre is would be very useful.
