Log in and keyboard issues
The computer doesnt let me log in (said my password is incorrect) even though I changed my password several times. It doesnt connect to the internet and several letters in the keyboard stopped working.

Most likely a keyboard hardware failure. Replace the keyboard or if this is a laptop use a USB connected keyboard.
