Looking for Adobe Acrobat X STANDARD installer
Hello all,
I reïnstalled my XPS laptop straight when it came, but now I am missing the Adobe Acrobat X standard software. I have the key from the CD case (without a CD), but nowhere the software can be found. I tried smartsource, but the website just crashes with random error messages about cultures not found or that the systemtag is invalid.
I have looked through most channels, but I just need the installer files! Anyone who has the laying around?

I am in the Netherlands but smartsource does not work, it is for servicetag [ADMIN NOTE: Service Tag removed per privacy policy]. I get the error "system not available".

Rogier21,
Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
When you go to mydelldownloads (smartsource.dell.com) did you create an account/register? The site may have been down. Have you tired again to go to the site?

Rogier21,
You would need to call Support/Care in the Netherlands to have them send you the disk.

They don't have a disc, they refering me to the Dell smartsource website, which i cannot login to "unknown system tag", with system tag DKGY3S1. Can somebody please look why the tag still doesn't work anywhere? It can't be that hard....

I goes to examining your system, and then goes back to the previous page. Yes, I have disabled my AV. now what?

I ended up calling the support desk a few times and they send me a disc for free because I just can't login to the dell resource center. Dell support is VERY bad sometimes, whenever you contact a non Dutch speaking service desk they tell you to go away (like this forum, see post number 3). I am a bit annoyed with this way of giving support.

grikfo,
You need the latest .net framework from Windows Update installed, then...
Please use Internet Explorer(32-bit) when navigating to My Dell Downloads :: Login. Use the same email address and password you use here. Click on add system. Your paid programs can be found there.
***Systems purchased befor April 1, 2010 might NOT register with Dell My Downloads***
