lost install cds

im currently in stationed in germany my wife bought my laptop online for me while i was in iraq while there i got a virus and had to reinstall my software but i didnt have any of my install cds currently i am still fighting to get everything set on my computer i still have my cd key as it was on the bottom of my comp i just need the os software

Contact DELL to get a 'media kit' sent out to you.  Getting the right person on the phone, they will probably only charge you for the shipping and handling.  I doubt they will send to Germany, so ship them to someone here in the states.  Have that person send you the disks in Germany.
