lost my Run command on Dimension

After clicking on Start, I usually see an option call Run as the second item above Shut Down. This Run option or command has disappeared. Does anyone know how I can get it back on my Start menu?

I have a Dell Dimension L733r with Windows Me O.S.

Right-click in any empty area of the Taskbar, select Properties, go to the Advanced tab and see if the checkbox for Display Run is checked (it's in the scroll box near the bottom). If not, put a check in it.
See if that does it.
