Lost OS and Drivers DVD
Hi All,
Could you please help me. I have lost my Win7 OS DVD and the drivers DVD shipped with my laptop. Is there anyway I can get a new set of DVD's. If yes, could you please help me to contact the concerned department.

Hi, You are entitled to one set of disc's other than the one dell sent you with the system. If you live in the US, then use this online form HERE, otherwise contact your local dell support. But if your system is still in warranty, I would give dell an ring.

I live in India... But I bought my lappy in US!!! Any suggestions??

Hi, Then you will have to deal with dell support in India. But be careful, they will send the disc's to the address where the system is registered, so make sure that dell have your correct address. For that they will need your service tag.

Best do an international ownership transfer - otherwise Dell India may not be able to help.
