Making Windows Media Player the default player
I am working on an old computer using Windows 98. It has Real Player 7 and Windows Media Player 6. How do I make Windows Media Player 6 the default player? Thanks, Wozzie

Go into Real Player's "view/preferences" first and uncheck everything you see inside the "Re-associate" button on the tab called "Content". These items should be things like: mpeg audio, wave audio, aif clip et cetera. After that is completed, then go to Window Media Player's "view/options" click the Formats tab and check everything, or just click SELECT ALL. Then immediately reboot your computer.
