Malacious script

Norton keeps telling me  as system is boooting that my pc has been halted because of a malicious script-

sprtsvc.exe

C:\program files\Dellsupport

SupportsoftAgent Service

I have a choice of stopping or permitting

I have been stoppping it.  Takes a long time for windows to load and I discovered a few days after this appeared that I coukd not restore to a previous date. Does anyone know what it is and what to do with it? Any help would be appreciated.
