McAfee Internet Security Suite V.6

I've just installed McAfee Internet Security Suite V.6, and am having some trouble.  I think they may need setting adjustments, but I'm not sure how to proceed.  I've already "chatted" with McAfee, not much help there.

1. Outlook Express - I can see my incoming emails if I go to my ISP's website, but I cannot get them into my own incoming mail box.  They're not even showing up in the blocked email file.

2. Outlook Express - I cannot open any links in the incoming emails.

3. Internet Explorer - I cannot use the drop down bar on the URL line to find recently visited sites.

4. Internet Explorer - I cannot listen to a live webcast even though I have the appropriate software installed.

Any help with these questions would be most appreciated.  It's pretty frustrating.  Thanks.
