McAfee VirusScan cannot be enabled. NotifyAlert.exe error message
I have been using McAfee VirusScan, Privacy, and Firewall Plus for 3 years. Suddenly, at the same time I started getting "NotifyAlert.exe" error messages at boot up, VirusScan also became disabled and cannot be enabled. At the same time I also started getting occasional "rng.exe" application error messages and "Outlook Express has encountered a problem and needs to close" messages. McAfee Support had me uninstall all McAfee and SpySweeper files and said I should get support from Dell before reinstalling any of those files. Any ideas?

Support.exe" Can I safely delete that file and might it help me solve my problem?
