Have you checked for and removed all spyware and malware?

Once Ad-Aware finds all the garbage, just click on one of them, and select the option to select all objects, then on Finish and it will remove the bad stuff. You should probably run Spybot Search & Destroy as well, since there is no single program that removes all spyware. If you are still having problems after this, you need to go the HijackThis route. Go to the following site and follow the directions to download and run the analysis tool called HijackThis.

Generate a log file, then open it and copy and paste the text of the log file in a message in one of the following forums:

One little caveat to Volcano 11's good post. When you run Spybot or Adaware don't just remove all the entries, look for Blaze Find on the list of files to remove. It will remove the spyware but not the registry entry. When you go to reboot, the system will hang because of this removal. Until this is corrected, DON'T remove Blaze Find. It could be that this has been corrected, but you'll have to check it out:
