Microsoft Outlook Error

Question

I hope I am posting in the right section. I am all the sudden having problems with my Outlook. Whenever I send and receive, I get this message...I have never gotten it before...and I have never changed my settings...I can't seem to figure out why I am getting it. Help!

Task 'pop3.elusive-dragon.com - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC18) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login with Secure Password Authentication. Verify your account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts.'

Normally one does not need Secure Password Authentication. Open Outlook Express, click on Tools > Accounts, then click on the Mail tab, select your account, and click on the Properties button. Now click on the Servers tab and remove the check mark next to "Log on using secure password authentication". Ok your way back out and see if that fixes the problem.

I had this problem a while back ,I dont think that it is your program ,I had to go to the isp service page and delete my accounts then then set them up again then it worked the technicians could not explain this ?
