Microsoft Outlook.com

I'm trying to help a group of senior citizens with the new Microsoft Outlook email. These folks had no problems with Hotmail. But this replacement email is proving to be quite a challenge.

Is anyone aware of simple, easy-to-understand directions on the web I can give these folks that will show them how to send an email, how to use the "people" contact list, how to work with attachments, etc. etc.

Many thanks!

Hi dmschalk,

In your case, it might be good to compose your own tutorial by extracting the basics from Microsoft's Help pages.

Here are a few "How To" pages that might be useful:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/outlook-overview#1TC=t1

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-com/default.aspx?WT.srch=1&SEMID=1

and some tips HERE.
