Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error

This error message usually appears when working on Microsoft Word Processor either in the middle of typing up a document or trying to save the typed document. It will say "abnormal program termination" and we have to close the error window which in turn closes my word document.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Interesting.  Did the problem start after he put in the update?  Usually McAfee is only good for a year then you have to resubscribe to their update service. 
 
Let's run Hijackthis so I can see what's going on.
