MicroSoft Webmail Display Issues

When I load my company's webmail service and try to reply the reply section has a X in it and I can not type.   I don't receive any blocked or pop up notices and I'm running vista home version.   Any suggestions?

The hotfix given here is for Vista RC2... i don't know if its applicable for the latest release of VIsta.    The best workaround I know so far is to access your Outlook Webmail via Firefox browser.

Thank you so much, I will give it a try and let you know how things work out.  I was on the phone with Dell support last night and they told me to contact my company as it was an issue on their side, which I had already figured was not the case.

Hi, I have the same problem on my Inspiron 6400. When I try to download and use the patch, I get 'this operation requires elevation'. I guess this means I need to give myself administrator privileges or something, but I don't know how to do that! Any solutions, anybody? Thanks for any help.

Okay, I've sorted the authorisation / elevation thing. NOW it says "not enough storage is available to process this command". Any suggestions? Thanks again!
