Hi Tom, Thank you for responding. This is what comes up on the screen. Our diagnostic tool has discovered you don't have Macromedia flash installed. We detected that you have installed Windows xp service pack 2. ? You need to click the Yellow field under the location bar to start installation. I see no yellow field.When i went into technical support and went under test your computer it saysI need flash and shockwave plugins installed.The weird thing is that I had been using this website for quit awhile and had no problems.
