MOD help please

Before I send a lengthy message, my issue was being worked out by private messages to Jimmy P. the liason with Dell.

My last p.m from him was that he was going to find out why my previous address's ban could not be reversed as it all began with a glitch from DCF to my original address-now banned.

I've waited quite a while and either the non response was a hint or something has honestly gone awry.

I would hope this forum could help find a way to nudge Dell to cooperate. A ban can be reversed if Dell wanted to. This is a David Goliath type ordeal so perhaps someone can join me?              Thank you
