Yes . . you can download those drivers and copy them to cd and then install them from the cd drive on the other computer

Page 47 of this manual will show you where the integrated graphics connection is.
 
 
If you have a PCI graphics card then the monitor connection will be on a PCI card in a PCI slot

The PCI slots are the white bands at the bottom of the rear casing view. These are removed to make use of the slot(s)

You need to install Video driver, but make sure your Chipset drivers are installed First.

It's windows XP operating system.  I'm not sure how to check if it's integrated on board or the other--I do know that I did not add any graphics after I purchased it, so it's all the Dell stuff it came with.
 
I'm assuming I can download those drivers and copy them to cd and then install them from the cd drive on that computer--since that computer is not on line.
