monitor safe mode problem
My monitor is in safe mode. I've restarted the computer several times and nothing happens. Monitor will not come on it safe its in safe mode and to move the mouse or push any key but nothing happens. I've also pushed F12 and nothing happens including detaching and reattaching keyboard and mouse. What else can I do. Ohhh I do not have the disk to reinstall everything.

Hello Stashak. My name is Sreenath and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. Based on what you have mentioned, I believe, the monitor is going into power save mode. There could be different reasons for it. Either both the VGA and the DVI cables are connected or, some settings in the monitor need to be changed. Providing information about the system and monitor model would help.
