monitormgt.exe problem at startup

Question

I have Windows XP, Demension 4600, Viewsonic Monitor VP171b.

At startup I get the following message error "Windows cannot find C:\windows\system32\monitormgt.exe" followed by a second message error "Cannot load C:\windows\system32\monitormgt.exe"

What is Monitormgt.exe and where do I find it to reinstall.

I have done some additional research and found that "monitormgt,exe was added as a result of a virus called GEMA. All i really need is how to get rid of the comand line wanting "Monitormgt.exe"

CyberGuy4321, There should be an entry for that on the Startup tab of msconfig. You can probably also find and delete its entry in one of the registry locations indicated here.
