Mouse interprets a single click as a double click
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? A couple of weeks ago the mouse would sporadically interpret a single click as a double click. Now, it is occuring constantly. For example, if I am reading a document and click on the "page forward", it skips forward 2 or 3 pages. If I am deleting an e-mail, it will delete two e-mails. If I close an e-mail, it will close the inbox. This is getting to be frustrating. Anyone else ever had this problem? I appreciate any advice that is available

A USB mouse or the touchpad?
Did you turn on Accessibility options or something like that?

It's a wired USB mouse. I don't think I turned on any Accessibility options. Where can I do that?

Does the problem go away with a new mouse?

I got a new mouse and the problem disappeared. I guess that is the solution.
