Tapping the Control key when in full screen makes the mouse disappear. Moving the mouse should make it appear again. Full screen assumes you want to watch tv and don't want the mouse in the picture. Try using the non-full screen window and resize it to fill screen.

click on control panel, here choose Hardware & sound.
In there click on the Mouse where you will find "change button setting"

I think you Enabled Pointer Trails
If yes
Go to Control Panel>Mouse>Pointer Options
Then uncheck Display pointer trails box
