Most likely, you cannot delete the old and put on the new because the audio service is running. Try deleting the file and replacing it in safe mode, or stopping the Windows Audio Service manually from services.msc.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I did go to safe mode and tried to delete file however it still said that I did not have admin rights.  However I did not try to stop the services first.  Thanks for the idea, I will let you know how it goes tonight.
