msdart.dll error

Question

I had an issue with my windows/system32/config/system giving me an error upon startup and I rec'd a link to a page to repair or fix the problem.  Now it boots all the way through to my user but I then get this error message SPRINGFLD_ADV_DAEMON:  WksCal.exe  entry point not found The procedure entry point_GetIUMS@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL Also I cannot access the internet.  It says it busy but if I go through the 2nd windows that I installed at the advice of a DELL tech who never called me back, I can access the internet so my modem is working.  Is this all related and what can I do to fix this?

That is close to the error message.  Why would this affect the connection/modem?
