Adding an account for your daught can be done easily -
Start - Control Panel - User Accounts - Click Create an Account.
Enter your daughters name.
As for having your games only show up on your account and your husband's on his, there isn't neccessarily an easy way to do this. Some programs do give you the option during the installation process to install for this user or all users. This user would install for only you or your husband but not both. The only way I know of to prevent programs from showing up for another user is by copying the programs from the All Users folder into either yours or your husbands personal Program Files list (under Documents and Settings).
