multiple user logging in problems

Having issues with logging in to multiple user account (User names). We have 4 people in our family w/ 4 login. All are administrative account. Not real sure as I should have set it up this way but in noticed that If only one one user is the administrator and Im running Adaware or any antispyware programs. The programs Im running on one account wont work on the others. Anyway I use to be able to run all (4) account with mutiple softwares going all at the same time. Now I can only open (2) account  to run the antispyware. I have a XPS generation 2 computer. Thaks for any info.
