My computer WON'T shut down!
Just recently my computer decided that shutting down will no longer be an option. It will restart, but when you cilck shut down computer...it just goes to a black screen and stays idle. You have to hold the power button for like 15 seconds before it will shut off. Upon turning it back on it runs scandisk, but the problem is never fixed. What do I need to do...please help!
