I HAVE A 1.0 GHZ CPU IN MY LAPTOP BUT IT READS AS 733 MHZ IAM RUNING WINXP PRO

You mean when you right click on my computer and go to properties is shows as 733mhz. If so...thats normal and happens to all of us.
