The default location for "My Pictures" and "My Music" is C:\Users\User name\My Pictures or My Music.
If yours are in different locations or it has deleted the original folders you can create them in the C:\Users\User Name folder. Then move the pictures to the My Picture folder and music to My Music if that is where you want them.
I have my pictures in the My Pictures folder, but I do a lot of music as I also use my PC for my recording studio and I have all my music in C:\Music It's just your own personal preference.
