Need help - Computer keeps cycling in boot cycle

Question

Problem started when I tried to reload XP from CD. During reload got prompt: nv4_mini.  File type: nv4_mini.sys; nv4_mini. sys - procedure entry point GETUMS could not be located in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL. Since then cannot get back to Windows Desktop. Stuck in a cycle of Windows XP start up....followed by 'set-up being restarted'.... 'Not enough virtual memory or paging file quota is available to complete the specified operation.... What do I do? thanks for any help

Harry: What system? What was your objective reloading Windows? Were you trying to do a repair installation or a clean reinstallation?
