Need Help Installing Advanced HD Software
my pc has intergrated sound this is just software from creative that came with my pc...so i formatted my pc recently so im trying to put the audigy advanced mb software back on but anytime i put the cd in and i get this error "utility for windows autoplay screen has encountered a problem and needs to close"..can anyone tell me what the problem might be and how to fix it

If this was just reinstalling the operating system over an existing installation the original problems can still be there and new ones also develop. A full "clean" install is the best method.

I can’t install the advanced sound blaster drivers. Tell you the truth I get better Tec support from my 2 dogs compared to dells Tec Support. Ever since this REFURBISHED NOTEBOOK, ABOUT A MONTH AGO ITS BEEN PROBLUMS NOT TO MENTION THE ORIGANLA ONE.
I did not install the sound card nor did the want-a-be Tec guys did not say A __________ THING ABOUT IT. They call a reinstall a DIRTY INSTALL. The only thing dirty is how they get their money.
Since the bad information and lack of information I don’t trust them to hook up to the system.
I will start to install and will stop half way into the install and says there is no supported hardware for that devices.
This is unacceptable software and hardware that should have been tossed. BTW this is a XPS m1210.
Does anyone know if there is a fix out their for this m1210 system that doesn’t take 10 hrs to reinstall? If not does anyone what to buy this refurbish with the home addition install. I hate getting taken advantage of.
