Need help reverting from windows 10 to 8.1

so here's what happened. I upgraded my Alienware M18 windows 8.1 to windows 10 and I didn't like it, I used the recovery thing to go back to windows 8.1. I thought its gonna take long so I left it overnight and when I checked my laptop it shows me a bluescreen saying a critical error 0xc0000001 so I tried passing through that blue screen and I managed to get through it but when I wanted to restore factory settings using windows 8.1 every time it restarts to start the reset the blue screen appears again so it won't let me restore to factory settings so what I did I upgraded it again to windows 10 and restored it to factory settings, by the time the restore is finished it was on windows 10, I tried doing the factory reset again but It's still on windows 10. now my laptop is totally empty. when I got my laptop it has an alienware respawn, steam and other stuffs, now my laptop is like an ordinary laptop, no alienware softwares
