Need HELP to remove and uninstall software & drivers; and problem what wrong mouse or keyborad?

I need help, I wanted to remove and uninstall but stuck to can't remove but two DELL OEM SOFTWARE are still in I need out software or drivers but problem two:

Some wrong my mouse very mess seem red light but lowest light blink to move flash red light up to stop lowest down red light very wired but I used "USB Hub to Dell Media. Keyboard with USB Hub to Mouse" but and too Keyboard I can't type try to type very wired stop type then start up type not know happen or LACK to DELL Media. Keyboard not support Vista?
