need help with installshield setup launcher

I am trying to unistall a large trial program and I get the error: 'InstallShield (R) Setup Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.' How can I delete this program

yes find the folder and delete C:\Program Files

See if it has its own uninstall procedure if Add/remove doesn't work. Look for the program in the Programs list on your Start Menu first. Then look in your Program Files, that program's folder for an uninstall command. It would help if you named the program.
