Need Updated SCRRUN.DLL file

 I have been having problems with I.E. 6 locking up frequently when opening multiple windows. I attempted to run the repair utilility with I.E. 6 and it informed

me that SCRRUN .DLL is missing. I have successfully extracted the file from the Windows 98 disc but when attempting to re-run the repair option it now tells me that the file exists but

I need a newer version of SCRRUN.DLL greater than 5.1.0.5010, my current version is 5.0.0.3715. Does anyone know where or how I can obtain this. Although this may not be the root cause I figure I need to start some where.

 My system  is a dimension XPS T600 W/windows 98 SE
