.Net Framework 3.5

Good evening,

Microsoft recently sent their Vista users an update for .Net Framework 3.5.  Will someone direct me to the link for that update.

Thank you,

Nissi1

They did?

Service Pack 1 for .Net Framework 3.5 has been available for a while (November 2008), but I haven't heard of any other specific update for it... unless they've been released via Windows Update?

I just went to the Windows updates page and it automatically detected that I needed it and gave me the option to download. The website is simple http://www.update.microsoft.com/.

Good afternoon,

Thank you all for the information.

Yes, Service Pack 1 is what I was searching for.  This Service Pack was included with my updates 2 weeks ago.  Unfortunately, after installing the pack, WinPatrol flagged it as a new program and did its job.  It alerted me and asked if I wanted to allow or block this new program.  In my haste I clicked block.

My lack of computing knowledge prevented me from knowing how to correct my mistake; other than uninstalling the Service Pack and reinstalling it again.  However, when I searched Microsoft's website for the download, I was unable to determine which was the original .Net Framework I received as an update. :emotion-18:  And of course, in Microsoft.com, searching "updates" return one back to the update page on their computer!

Thank you all again,

Nissi1
