Network XP and 2000

Question

I have set up a network on a host PC with XP Pro. I have also added a laptop to that network running on XP home. All is well. The problem I have is to introduce another PC running on 2000. The disk I have with my network connections saved/created from the host PC during network setup will not work for 2000. How do I setup a network for 2000?

Host PC is connected to a Linksys 2.4 Ghz G router. Guest laptop running on Xp Home connects via wireless card.. On the 2000 laptop I will utilize the same wireless card to contect. Connection is via DSL.

Describe the physical makeup of your network.  Routers, hubs, switches? Broadband or dialup?  Wired or Wireless?
