New Hardware Found: Always on reboot!

Hello, Here's an odd problem: Each time I restart my XPS 720 (running XP MCE 2005), the Found New Hardware wizard keeps launching. I checked my device manager and it claims there is a "new" unknown device type to be configured. How do I remove this unknown new device type so that the wizard no longer keeps launching upon restart? As a side note, and I believe it was given to me before, but I'm thinking of adding a second drive to my XPS 720 and loading Vista onto that second drive. How do I configure my XPS to use both drives and have the option to boot between the two to select which OS I'd like to boot into? Or is this not possible? Thanks and happy Thanksgiving everybody! Eric

And if I already have the most current BIOS? I'm hoping I don't as I'd like your suggestion to work! I'll keep ya posted.

Just a couple of video games and I attached a NAS to my router.

With the unknown device present in Device manager, run this program, see if it can identify it
