New start-up tune when logging in?

Would like to add a tune from my media player library to my start-up menu, so when I log on, I will hear my computer theme song. Also would like it to play when I log out. So.....how would I change the windows login tune??  Please help. I think it would be fun to hear the "Star Trek" theme when I start my computer. I am very new at this so I do not have a clue. Thank You       Tami

Download the Sound file either .WAV or MP3 to C:\WINDOWS\Media  Folder , it its an MP3 file , right click on file & Rename to  xxxx.wav  (Windows Media Player will still play the MP3 file & needs to be changed to WAV so it will show in "Sounds" Drop Down list).
Then go to Control Panel & select  "Sounds,......" , then "Change the sound scheme" & scroll to
"Start Windows" then select by click, select the Sound you added to Media Folder from 'Sounds" Drop Down list, test by clicking arrow >  & click "Apply".
Do the same for "Exit Windows".
If you change "Exit Windows" sound it won't finish Exit until all new Sound is played.
