Hi

You need to look at the original System Configuration

Hi,
Thanks. When I clicked on Original System Configuration, nothing happened. One thing I just did was go to Device Manager and looked at Sound, Video and Games Controllers.
Everything listed there is working except for Creative SB Live! Value (WDM) and tells me it's not installed and to reinstall it. I'm guessing it's on the Sound Blaster CD. Putting the CD in and running Wizard I'm told it needs 'ctlface.sys'. I'm not sure how to find it on the CD if it's there.

Did you reinstall the chipset driver right after installing XP and before the other drivers?

No. Is that the download shown on the Drivers and Downloads page?
