No Boot Device Available, Multiple Methods Tried but No Luck

Dell XPS 8700

i7

windows 8

Just bought my desktop for about 2 months and have this "no boot device available" message after once turned off the power and tried to turn it on:

SATA 0: Installed

SATA 1: Installed

SATA 2: None

SATA 3: None

SATA 4: None

SATA 5: Installed

Strike the F1 key to retry boot, F2 to run the setup utility.

I have read many threads and tried multiple methods including:

1. Remove USB/DVD/FlopD, unplug the cord and hold the power button for 15 - 20s to release the static electricity

2. Open the case and tighten hard drive plugs

3. Setup Utility - reload the default and reset

4. Setup Utility - enable/disable Secure Boot

5. Change boot device priorities to what it should be (see below)

I also ran through the complete extensive Pre-Boot Diagnostics and no device appears being problematic..

I don't think any of the hardwares has problem because the devices are relatively new and they past the diagnostics tests.  Boot setting should be alright and the power connection seems fine too.  I think my last chance would be reinstalling the system or is there any other methods I could try?  Please help.    Really appreciated!!

Thank you in advance

It sounds like a corrupt SSD cache drive, what is the SATA operation?
