No factory image - how to restore?

I need to restore my Dell inspiron. On previous laptops I have been able to restore to the factory image in the advanced boot options. This laptop only gives me the option to use startup repair when I press f8. I bought a boot disc but it only has a wim file and I am not sure how to boot from that.

You need proper installation media or a Windows 8.1 .iso. See details here to request one from Dell:
