Norton AntiVirus Problems.. PLEASE HELP!

Hi, my name is Max Twietmeyer and I just wanted to know what's going on with my Firewall! Whenever I open it, it takes like 20seconds or so, then it just closes.. PLEASE HELP!   -Vaughn

Norton Antivirus is an anti-virus program, not a firewall. Are you saying you can't open the program?
