Norton Ghost 10.0 wont update anymore

I had norton ghost 10.0 installed on my computer when i purchased it. Just recently it has stopped working and told me that my version was out of date and coudl not be updated anymore. So i contacted Dell and they told me thta it was just a trial subscription which was fien but it has now been two years since I bought the computer adn have had no problems otehr then this with it. So they todl me that I would have to get an updated version of Norton Ghost.. which i did I have norton ghost 14.0 now installed.. the problem is when I need to go and recover my computer it takes it back to the screen from dell of 10.0 and tells me that it can not find any receovery points.. which I know is wrong because 14.0 is working correctly.. can anyone help me fix this problem??? thanks
