Norton Internet Security 2004 - Deleting
I purchased an upgrade to the above in 2007 and have been unable to install it.
To install the 2007 version, 2004 must be deleted.
I have been unable to delete 2004 version using Add / Remove progams. When I try to delete it nothing happens.
How do I delete the old Norton which was pre-installed be Dell when I bought the Desktop?

You need to download thsi tool called Norton remove tool.
