odd file appears on desktop
I have a new machine. Running WinXP. every once in a while I see this small file icon appear on my desktop. It cant find any program to open it and I have tried a few with no success. It's about 250kb and all it says under the properties tab is (~) No name or type of file, just the teledyne symbol. It doesnt seem to appear at any consistant time that I can see. I have been deleting it and it doesnt seem to hurt anything. Any suggestions????
