$OEM$ folder

Hello

On my Windows Xp Media Center 2005 DVD there is a folder by the name of $OEM$ can I put out this folder folder and after that can I make a image and install the operating system without problems ?

From what I can understand, you want to delete the $OEM$ folder, and then make a Windows install CD from your OEM CD without the $OEM$ folder.   This would probably not work because there are other files that tell the Windows reinstall CD how to behave.  The $OEM$ folder should contain Dell-specific files.
