Hi Swapnil K,

Try booting into Safe Mode with Networking. Then check if you are able to access different websites.

Also, try to disable the firewall of the computer and check.

I booted with 'safe mode with networking'  and  few sites opened but too slowly.. and after a while, no other site wuz accessible again. only google worked.

I also tried disabling the firewall but nothing worked. pls give me a definite solution. Thank You.

Hi Swapnil K,

I would suggest a clean re-installation of the wireless drivers.

  • Open Device Manager (Start -- Control Panel -- Device Manager).
  • Expand Network adapters, right click and uninstall both the drivers listed
  • From the drop down menu, select “Uninstall”.
  • Ensure to check the box “Delete driver software for this device”.
  • Restart the computer.
  • Then check for the Wireless drivers in Control Panel -> Add or Remove programs, uninstall the driver, if any.
  • Restart the computer

Now, first check the system configuration to check the network card shipped with your system. Click on this link http://dell.to/11iojrK type the service tag of the computer -> click on System Configuration -> Original Configuration. Check the network name, possibly D1703, 1704, or Intel 2230. Then choose drivers option to install the correct driver.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Appu,

Don't you think he should first try to Resetting the IE... Download the Different browser, cause he have issue in browsing the Internet and not connecting to the internet..

Certain Add on's or spyware causes this issue, resetting the IE fixes the issue or may try different browser like Google Chrome, Opera, Firefox etc. if still the issue exists then you may try system restore, if still does not work then do Pc Restore through Dell data safe local / OSRI but First Back up the HDD.
