If you have the latest bios, then disregard the update information. The updates do not know that you have installed the latest bios. They just suggest for your computer in case you haven't updated drivers.

Many thanks for your quick reply, appreciate your help - again !
I did think maybe that the newest BIOS might have had problems so Dell was suggesting backdating to a previous version.
